Work with me

From diagnosis to delivery
→ here's how I work.

Most engagements start with a diagnostic. Depending on where you are, we may go straight into operating model work, coaching, or advisory. Let's figure out what fits.

How it works
1

Book a free call

Tell me about your situation. I ask questions. We figure out together if and how I can help.

2

We discuss what you need

I send a short, clear proposal scoped to your actual situation. No generic packages.

3

We align and start

Usually within 1 to 2 weeks, adapted to your timeline and urgency.

Engagements

Four ways to engage

Most common starting point

Agile health check and diagnostic

For when delivery isn't working as expected and you need clarity on why, before committing to a larger engagement.

Operating model, team structure, and role setup review

Assessment of role effectiveness across SM, PO, Product Management, Architects, RTEs

Evaluation of PI Planning and cross-team coordination

Delivery metrics and transparency review

Prioritised action plan — what to fix first and why

Book intro call → 2 to 3 weeks · Fixed scope · Often the entry point for a larger engagement
Typical 3 to 6 month engagement

Operating model design and stabilization

Design and implement an agile structure that fits your real complexity, covering team topology, governance, planning cadence, and the coaching model your people need to run it sustainably.

Team topology aligned to value streams and programme structure

Role definitions and accountability structures across all levels

PI Planning and delivery cadence setup

Metrics and dashboards for delivery transparency

Tool alignment (Jira, Polarion, Azure DevOps or equivalent)

Hands-on support during implementation and stabilization

Book intro call →
Flexible scope

Agile coaching and role development

Targeted coaching for the people who make agile work in practice, at every level of the programme.

Scrum Masters

Moving from facilitation to real delivery impact

Product Owners

Backlog quality, prioritisation, stakeholder management

Product Management

Vision, roadmap, ART-level feature ownership

System Architects

Enabler epics, architectural runway, cross-ART alignment

RTEs

Dependency management, PI Planning, ART performance

Management

How to lead, decide, and align in an agile programme

Book intro call →
Monthly, quarterly or yearly

Transformation delivery advisory

An ongoing outside perspective for programmes that need to stay on track as complexity grows.

Best suited for organisations 3 to 6 months into a transformation that want to sustain momentum without hiring full-time.

My approach

What makes this different

01

Hands-on and pragmatic

I work inside the programme, not from a slide deck. If something isn't working, I help fix it rather than document it.

02

Framework to organisation fit

SAFe, LeSS, or hybrid. I map the framework to your organisation's reality, not the other way around. What works is what matters.

03

Full-spectrum coverage

LPM, ART setup, team-level coaching, operating model, and tool configuration. I cover every layer of the transformation, not just one.

Who this is for

You're in the right place if...

You've invested in agile, trained teams, certified roles, implemented a framework, but the results haven't materialised and it's not clear why

You're running a SAFe or SAP transformation and the operating model isn't holding up under real complexity

Roles and responsibilities across your agile programme are blurry and people are in the roles but not living them

Leadership and delivery teams are making decisions independently with no shared visibility

You've tried agile and it's not delivering the results that were promised when you started

You want someone hands-on who adapts frameworks to your context, not someone who enforces them rigidly

What to expect

Before we talk

How do you work, remote or on-site?

Both. Diagnostics and advisory work well remotely. Operating model design and coaching often benefit from on-site presence, especially in early phases. We work out what makes sense for your programme.

How do you approach frameworks like SAFe? Do you follow them strictly?

Pragmatically. I'm an experienced SAFe practitioner and know the framework well, but I don't impose it rigidly. The goal is always to map what makes sense for your organisation's size, culture, and context. Not every organisation needs every SAFe artifact.

How do we figure out which engagement is right for you?

That's exactly what the intro call is for. You describe your situation, I ask questions, and together we work out which starting point makes the most sense. There's no obligation and no fixed package, just an honest conversation about what would actually help.

What happens after I book the intro call?

We talk through your situation, no pitch, no fixed packages. Based on the conversation, I send a short proposal scoped specifically to your needs. If it fits, we agree and start. Usually within 1 to 2 weeks.

Not sure where to start?

That's what the intro call is for. 30 minutes, no commitment, and you'll leave with clarity.
