This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, the hosting server automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). The data is kept in server logs only for a short period.
If you send an inquiry through the form on the Work With Me page, I process the details you enter (name, company, role, email address, type of engagement, timeline and description of your situation) to answer your request and to prepare a possible collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The form is processed through Netlify Forms. I keep your details as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting collaboration, and delete them afterwards unless a legal retention obligation applies.
If you download the free LPM guide, I process your first name and email address, which you enter in the form, to provide the download (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form is processed through Netlify Forms. I do not send you a newsletter on the basis of this download.
The calendar for booking an introduction call is provided by Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). It is loaded only after you click "Show calendar". When it loads, Calendly receives technical data such as your IP address, and processes the details you enter to book the appointment, under its own privacy policy (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
With your consent I use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and to improve it. These tools set cookies and process data such as your IP address, pages visited, clicks and scrolling, device and approximate location. Neither tool is loaded until you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the applicable national rules on cookies).
Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage) and not on a server. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, using "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page.
The fonts used on this website are stored on the website's own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made when you visit.
This website links to other services, such as LinkedIn, Amazon, Stripe, Agile Wear and Google Drive. Once you follow a link, the operator of that service is responsible for its own data processing, and its privacy policy applies. Purchases of the LPM Starter Kit are handled by Stripe, and the files are delivered through Google Drive.
Personal data is passed only to the service providers named above, who process it on my behalf or under their own responsibility. Some of them, including Netlify, Calendly, Google and Microsoft, are based in or operate from the USA. I am based in the United Arab Emirates. Where data is transferred outside the EU, this takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, where the provider offers them.
