Most transformation programmes don't fail because of the framework. They fail because the structure isn't right, the roles aren't clear, and nobody's managing the change. I've spent years working inside exactly those situations and I know how to untangle them.

Where I've worked and what I've learned

Over the course of my career I've worked on some of the most complex agile transformation programmes across Europe and the Middle East, in aviation, rail, insurance, retail, manufacturing, and large-scale SAP S/4HANA environments. These aren't simple organisations. They're programmes with hundreds of people, competing priorities, legacy structures, and real pressure to deliver.

What I bring is the combination of deep SAFe expertise and pragmatic, on-the-ground coaching experience. I don't just know the framework. I know what breaks in practice, where the gaps appear between theory and reality, and how to close them.

I'm a senior agile coach and experienced SAFe practitioner, author of four published books on agile at scale, working at every level of the transformation from Portfolio Management and ART setup to individual Scrum Master coaching. Available for projects across EMEA and beyond, remote and on-site.

The right structure

The operating model and team topology have to fit the actual complexity, not the textbook version of the framework.

Roles and leadership need to adapt

Roles need to be clearly defined and actively lived. Where coaching is needed, it should be provided. And leadership is no exception.

03

Change that sticks

New ways of working have to be actively managed during the transformation and after it. Most programmes stop too early.

I work at all three levels simultaneously. That's what makes the difference between an agile transformation that sticks and one that slowly reverts.
